The problem
A professional-services firm had years of policies, playbooks, and past work scattered across drives. New staff took months to find their feet, and even veterans wasted time hunting for the right document.
What we built
A retrieval-based (RAG) assistant over the firm’s own documents. Ask a question in plain language; get an answer grounded in the actual source material, with the documents it drew from cited beside it — so answers are checkable, not black-box. Because it reads the live document store, updating knowledge means updating a file, not retraining a model.
The outcome
Answers in seconds instead of a hunt through folders, onboarding measurably faster, and — crucially — every answer traceable to a source. Deployed privately so sensitive internal knowledge never leaves the firm.
