The problem
A growing F&B business kept its books in spreadsheets. The monthly close was a slow, error-prone scramble, and the owner never had a current picture of cash.
What we built
A finance dashboard with an assistant beside it: staff type a transaction in plain language (“bayar supplier 2 juta cash”) and it’s categorised and posted to the ledger. The assistant reconciles against bank and payment records, flags anything that doesn’t match, and keeps balance and cashflow views live.
The outcome
The monthly close went from days to hours, the ledger stays current instead of lagging weeks behind, and the owner can see cash position at any moment. Built to work with the tools the business already used — no rip-and-replace.
